🎶💙 Farewell and Best Wishes to Mr. Alexander! 💙🎶
Today, we say goodbye to Mr. Alexander as he begins a new chapter in his professional journey. During his time at Spaulding Middle School, he shared his passion for music, inspired scholars through band, and helped students grow in confidence, discipline, and creativity.

Mr. Alexander's dedication to his students and commitment to excellence have made a lasting impact on our school community. Whether leading rehearsals, preparing for performances, or encouraging scholars to reach their full potential, he has helped create many meaningful memories.

While we will certainly miss having him at SMS, we are excited for the opportunities that lie ahead for him. We thank Mr. Alexander for his service, hard work, and the positive influence he has had on our scholars.

Today was a special day at Spaulding Middle School as we celebrated the achievements of our 6th, 7th, and 8th grade SMS scholars during the end of year Awards Ceremony! 🎉🏆
Scholars were recognized for their hard work, academic excellence, leadership, growth, and dedication throughout the school year. Families, teachers, and staff gathered to cheer on our students as they walked across the stage with pride and confidence.
Our scholars have shown determination, perseverance, and Tiger pride all year long. We are incredibly proud of every student who was honored today and excited to see all they will accomplish in the future.
Congratulations to all of our award recipients and thank you to our teachers, staff, and families for continuing to support and encourage our scholars every step of the way! 💙🐅

What an unforgettable experience for our 6th grade scholars today as they traveled to Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament in Myrtle Beach! Students stepped back in time and enjoyed an exciting day filled with knights, castles, jousting, and medieval entertainment while learning about history and culture in a fun and interactive way.
From cheering for their knight to experiencing the action-packed tournament, our scholars represented Spaulding Middle School with pride and enthusiasm. Field trips like these create lasting memories while bringing classroom learning to life. We hope everyone had an amazing time making memories with classmates and teachers today! ⚔️🏰🐎

Today was a special milestone for our SMS scholars as the eighth grade celebrated their Completion Ceremony surrounded by family, friends, teachers, and staff! 🎓✨
The ceremony was filled with pride, joy, and excitement as scholars were recognized for their hard work, growth, and accomplishments throughout the school year. From memorable moments to proud smiles, this celebration marked the end of one chapter and the beginning of an exciting new journey toward high school.
We are so proud of our eighth grade scholars and all they have achieved. Thank you to the families, faculty, and staff who continue to support and encourage our students every step of the way. Congratulations, Class of 2026 — your future is bright! 💙💛

What an exciting morning at Spaulding Middle School as we welcomed the graduating seniors from Lamar High School for their Senior Walk! 🎓
Our SMS scholars lined the hallways with cheers, smiles, and applause as the seniors walked through the campus in their caps and gowns. It was a special moment filled with pride, inspiration, and encouragement for our younger scholars as they celebrated the accomplishments of the Class of 2026.
Seeing former students return as graduating seniors reminds everyone that hard work, dedication, and perseverance truly pay off. We are so proud of these seniors and excited to see all the amazing things they will accomplish in the future. Congratulations, graduates! 🎉💙💛

🎓 Awards Ceremony Schedule:
✨ 6th Grade – 8:30 AM
✨ 7th Grade – 9:45 AM
✨ 8th Grade – 11:00 AM

Parents and families are welcome to attend and help us honor our scholars for their achievements throughout the school year! 💙💛

📍 All ceremonies will take place in the gym.

🚪 Parents will be allowed entry to the gym five minutes before each ceremony.

📚 The Tigers Guild Book Club wrapped up an amazing year of reading with a special end-of-the-year breakfast celebration! Scholars gathered together for great food, meaningful conversations, and the final book discussion of the school year. Students shared their thoughts on the novel, reflected on their favorite reading moments, and talked excitedly about their plans for the summer and the upcoming school year.
Mrs. Goodson, our Library Media Specialist, treated scholars to a wonderful breakfast spread while continuing to inspire a love for reading and literature. The Tigers Guild Book Club has created a space where scholars can connect, grow, and discover the joy of books together.

What a fantastic way to celebrate a successful year of reading, friendship, and learning! We are so proud of our scholars for embracing the power of literature and keeping the love of reading alive. 📚🐅✨
