Northern Cheyenne Youth Council NCYC consists of 7 on-reservation seats and 1 off-reservation seat.

The Northern Cheyenne Youth Council serves to provide a collective voice and represent tribal youth in all matters and to promote the development of future Tribal Leaders.

Hello, my name is Allyson Crazymule. I am a senior at Lame Deer High School. I represent Lame Deer District for the Youth. Some of my favorite hobbies are playing ball, going to the local Wellness Center, hanging out with some friends after school, and watching my favorite YouTube people “TheseFoos”. Hello, my name is Carone Little Coyote. My Cheyenne name is Vehoneme'ehnestse (Chief Appears in Sight). My hobbies are basketball, spending time with my family, traveling, seeing new places, and helping my dad at job sites. I represent Ashland District.

Along with our newly elected Northern Cheyenne tribal council representatives elected into office today, this young group made history being sworn in as our first cohort of the Northern Cheyenne Youth Council! Congratulations Northern Cheyenne leadership.
