Northridge Retirement Center, Inc. Northridge Retirement Center, Inc. provides HUD subsidized independent, apartment style living for low income elderly and disabled persons in Lamesa, Texas.

Established in 1984, Northridge Retirement Center, Inc. is a HUD-Subsidized housing option for elderly (62 years and older) and/or disabled. We provide housing assistance for low income individuals or couples who qualify. Rent is calculated by the potential resident’s income. Medical expenses can then be applied to further reduce the monthly rent. Call us to find out if your income falls within ou

r limits. We offer one-bedroom, one bathroom apartments, with a full kitchen and large living space. Our apartments can also be modified to accommodate the handicapped, if such an apartment in not currently available.

Each week we do a weekly drawing for residents to “win” household necessities that may not be their top priority to buy on their own.

Things such as:
-Cleaning Supplies
-Paper Towels/Toilet Paper
-Laundry Soap
-Etc.

We are running low on inventory to be able to bless them with these items as well as the fun that comes with them winning each week.

We are asking for the community’s help to donate items or donate towards these items. They can either be dropped off at the office or you can donate directly to Northridge by clicking the link!
