📚☀️ Happy Summer, Hanna Springs Families! ☀️📚

Now that summer break has started, please continue encouraging your children to read every day! Reading throughout the summer helps students keep growing and stay ready for another successful school year.

We are excited to partner with the public library during June and July to help keep our students reading all summer long! Reading logs were sent home for students to take to the library each week to be signed. We also took extra copies to the public library in case one didn’t make it home.

🍦 Any student who returns a completed reading log when we return in August will be invited to an ice cream party! 🍦

Thank you for helping us keep our students learning, growing, and reading all summer long! 💙📖

Happy Summer! Our summer breakfast and lunch program kicked off yesterday! Breakfast and lunch is provided free for children under the age of 18. We are excited that STAAR testing has come and gone! We want to give a huge shoutout to H-E-B for supplying our students with snacks and water during testing. We are so thankful for such an awesome community that supports us and keeps us going while we work hard. Thank you so much for your generosity and support!💙

We’re excited to celebrate our students with a special Perfect Attendance Bike Giveaway at our Celebration Day Assembly on the last day of school! 🚲🎉

One student from each grade level — Kindergarten through 5th grade — who has maintained perfect attendance for the entire school year will be selected in a drawing to receive a brand-new bike!

A huge thank you to Kenny Murray Real Estate and our Lampasas Walmart for generously donating the bikes and helmets to help us recognize our students’ outstanding commitment to being at school every day. Your support means so much to our school community!💙
