🍞 Beyond Basics Sourdough Workshop – Take Your Baking to the Next Level! Ready to elevate your sourdough skills? Join us for this hands-on workshop designed for bakers who want to troubleshoot challenges and confidently bake flavorful sourdough with inclusions.
In this workshop, you’ll learn:
🥖 How to troubleshoot common bread issues like dense crumb, poor rise, overproofing, and uneven shaping
🌰 How to use inclusions such as nuts, seeds, dried fruits, herbs, spices, and cheese
🌀 Shaping techniques to evenly distribute inclusions and create beautiful loaves
🌿 Flavor pairing tips to enhance taste and complexity
🔥 Each participant will shape and bake their own loaf
