Station 907 covers a wide variety of response area and categories, including industrial, residential and agricultural districts. Station 907 is part of the primary fire department covering Manor Township and Millersville Borough. We provide fire protection services, vehicle and other rescue services and water rescue services on the Susquehanna River. Primary Units:

Multiple units assisted Manor Township Police Department with a search for a missing person on the Susquehanna River on Tuesday. Volunteers worked on scene for approximately 4 hours, locating the subject in the early afternoon. Assisting on scene was Rescue Company 905, Blue Rock Fire Rescue - Station 903 - Highville, Conestoga Fire Company, Columbia Borough Fire Department Station 80 and Wrightsville Fire & Rescue Company 41. Congrats to FF Albert Storm for his hard work to complete all requirements to be an interior firefighter at BRFR. Stormy came to us looking to further his community service, sparked from interest from his time in the service. Since joining he has been highly engaged in training for both fire and rescue qualifications. Congrats to our new interior firefighter!!

Last night, firefighters from Blue Rock Fire Rescue - Station 903 - Highville and Engine Company 905 assisted us on a boat fire/explosion on the Susquehanna River along Water Street in the Boro. Personnel extinguished the fire and setup containment around the boat to help soak up any remaining fuel/hazards from floating down river. Crews operated for approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

As our volunteers were just starting training for the evening, the Engine Company was alerted to the area of River Road and Pittsburgh Hill Road for a foggy rollover vehicle accident with Blue Rock Fire Rescue - Station 903 - Highville. Thankfully the driver was able to get out of the vehicle and walk away without injury. Crews remained on scene to help control hazards and clear the roadway until the tow company arrived.

Volunteers conducted drafting and pump training last night with Blue Rock Fire Rescue - Station 903 - Highville at the Conestoga River. During operations in areas without fire hydrants, our pump operators need to pull water from other sources, many times being nearby creeks, rivers or ponds. It is essential to stay fresh on these critical skills.
