🌈 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐞, 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 & 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 🌈
This June, we celebrate the LGBTQ+ community, honor the courage of those who paved the way, and recognize the progress that has been made toward greater equality, visibility, and inclusion.
Pride is also a reminder that the work is not finished. As we celebrate the advances achieved through advocacy, resilience, and community, we recommit ourselves to protecting those gains and continuing to build a Lancaster where every person feels safe, valued, respected, and welcome.

Some honors leave you feeling humbled beyond words.
Thank you to the Lancaster Chamber for recognizing our President, Marshall Snively, and Lancaster City Alliance team with the 2026 Thomas T. Baldrige Catalyst Award. We are deeply grateful for this incredible honor and for the opportunity to do work we love in a city we care about so deeply.

A heartfelt thank you to McNees Law for sponsoring the creation of this video, and to the talented team at LampHouse Films for capturing the spirit, passion, and purpose behind what we do every day.

This story isn't just ours. It belongs to every small business, community partner, volunteer, resident, and dreamer who believes in Lancaster and helps make it shine.
❤️ We are honored. We are grateful. And we are inspired to keep moving forward—stronger together.

Enjoy the videos and music you love, upload original content, and share it all with friends, family, and the world on YouTube.
