Remembering Dave.
It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of a beloved member of the Fairfield Center for Independence family. Dave Welsh served as a former Adult Day Services (ADS) manager, dedicated ADS volunteer, and member of the FCI Board of Directors. His kindness, leadership, and impact touched many lives.

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Dave, a cherished member of the FCI family.

Dave dedicated many years to FCI as a former ADS Manager, long-time ADS volunteer, and committed Board member. His dedication, generosity, and steady presence left a lasting impact on our organization and all who had the privilege of working with him.

More than a volunteer, Dave was a friend, mentor, and valued part of our community. His contributions helped shape FCI, and he will be deeply missed.
We are grateful for all he gave over the years and will carry his legacy forward in the work we continue to do.

Please keep his family and loved ones in your thoughts during this difficult time.

We offer FREE, door-to-door medical transportation for qualified Fairfield County residents, making it easier to get the care you need when you need it.
You may qualify if you participate in programs like Medicaid, Meals on Wheels, or Fairfield County DD.
