Attention Photographers/Enthusiasts:

The new T67 will be available for photographs for 2 days only at station 67 (500 Elizabeth Street, Lancaster PA 17603).

Those dates and times are listed below. All other inquiries should be directed to: [email protected]

Tuesday May 12th (0800-1200)
Sunday May 17th (1000-1400)

Tower 67 operated on back to back working fires last Friday morning. Around 0300 the Tower was dispatched for a mobile home fire in West Hempfield Township. As crews were operating, a second mobile home was reported to be on fire on the same property. Crews simultaneously extinguished both mobile homes.

As crews were preparing to clear the first fire, a second box was dispatched on Junction Road in East Hempfield Township. Deputy 68 arrived with fire showing from a commercial building. Tower 67 responded from West Hempfield and operated for several hours.

Last week we had the opportunity to host for an in-depth class on the CMC LEVR Escape System, which many of our members were recently issued. The training focused on practical, real-world applications including window bailouts, RIT operations, victim packaging, and rooftop rescues. We appreciate the time the instructors took to share their knowledge and experience.
