Join the community for **Latin Dance Night** on Tuesday, June 2nd, from 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM at City Hall!

Whether you're an experienced dancer or have never tried Salsa or Bachata before, this is a fantastic opportunity to connect with others, learn something new, and enjoy a vibrant evening of music and movement. Dance lessons will be led by Luis Santiago, followed by an energetic dance party with DJ Rumspringa.

✨ Great way to meet new people and celebrate culture through dance

Promoting a fun local event happening in Lancaster this June, the Taste the World Walking & Sampling Tour with the theme “Say Cheese!” 👀

Memorial Day is a time to reflect on the sacrifices made for freedom, to remember those who served with courage, and to spend meaningful time with family, friends, and community.

presents Lineages and Legacy: Activations of Spoken Word , a powerful spoken word experience celebrating Black artistry, creativity, and cultural legacy across generations.

Lancaster is getting ready for an incredible week of culture, community, music, art, and celebration at the upcoming African American Cultural Fair at Reservoir Park from May 27–31, 2026.

This year’s lineup looks amazing and includes:

Soul Line Dancing
Showtime at the Apollo
Drill Team & Drumline Competition
Praise in the Park
The Black Art Gallery – “Art as Liberation”

Events like this are such an important reminder of the power of culture, creativity, history, and community connection. It’s wonderful to see Lancaster continuing to create spaces that celebrate diversity, talent, and togetherness.
