The Free Pool Pass Program and Back to School Clothing Assistance Program will officially open on June 1st. Both programs are available to Fairfield County residents only, first come, first serve.

🏊Pool Pass Program
Available for children ages 3–17. Applications must be completed in person at the Fairfield County 2-1-1 office by a parent or guardian between 9am and 3pm. See flyer for more info.

👕 Back to School Clothing Assistance
Applications will be available in our office or can be completed online starting June 1st. See flyer for more info.

👓👀 It is that time of year again!! We are overjoyed to be able to partner with Vision to Learn this summer to provide free eye exams and glasses for students. It is by appointment, so please sign up through this link: https://connexionwest.dm.networkforgood.com/forms/vision-screening
