Happy National Dog Day to two of Lancaster County's hardest-working teammates—K-9 Atlas and K-9 Enzo. 🐾

These four-legged partners play an important role in supporting our deputies and helping keep our community safe. Atlas and Enzo have caught people we needed to catch, found what was lost, and protected Lancaster County in ways regular patrol never could.

You will regularly find us doing various events and demonstrations to raise critical funds that support the day to day operations of the K9 Unit such as equipment, food for the canines, veterinary care, training and certification.

But right now, we want to rally support for the great men and women of the Lancaster County Special Emergency Response Team (SERT)

This team is made up of officers from various departments who come together to resolve critical incidents and save lives.

SERT also greatly depends on donations to sustain their operations across Lancaster County.

If you or anyone you know enjoys golfing as a past time, you’ve gotta check out Tactical Golf! (Registration flyer attached). Proceeds help the team purchase and maintain equipment, as well as provide crucial, up to date training to ensure the very best law enforcement service.

As our Benefit Motorcycle Ride come to a close, we want to take a moment and thank those who make it possible. Thank you to ALL of our supporters that we had come out to ride in the ride, Hogs and Heroes Foundation, Inc. PA-2, all of the businesses and organizations that provided raffle prizes (they were a huge hit!), the motor units that came in from out of county to es**rt the ride, all of the deputies who worked to keep the ride enjoyable and safe, and to all of the spouses who work tirelessly and selflessly behind the scenes. We want to give a special shoutout to our very own Sgt. Strausbaugh who takes care of the ride logistics and staffing and to Officer Chuck Snyder of Manor Township Police Department who has played a critical role in making our ride a success every single year!

107 riders and nearly $9,000 raised!

Only 1 week to go! We have had a tremendous response with our supporters providing raffle baskets. We have plenty of giveaways and we can’t thank you all enough.

Registration for the ride will be at the Lancaster County Public Safety Training Center from 0900-1130. During this time there will be a coffee truck and K9 demonstration.

The ride will then depart at 1200 and finish at the New Holland American Legion. At the post-ride event, we will have a meal, slideshow, music and raffle prizes.

The post-ride event is included for riders as part of the registration cost.

If you wish to attend the post-ride event and NOT the ride, you may do so but we are asking for a $10 donation per person upon entry.
