Just one week ago, more than 250 Friends of the Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services Board (ADAMH) were together celebrating the accomplishments of not only the Fairfield County ADAMH Board, but these Friend of ADAMH Award winners: Smurfit Westrock, McKenzie McManus and Misty Grayson.
Smurfit Westrock is the first business in Fairfield County to be a certified Recovery Friendly Workplace and McKenzie and Misty worked through New Horizons Mental Health Services providing re-entry (from jail or other) and assisted outpatient treatment for people in Fairfield County. Through their work, this organization and these two individuals are building a Stronger and more healthy community Together for Fairfield County.
