Neighborhood Services provides assistance with personal financial management through the Representative Payee Program; court appointed financial and medical guardianship and long term permanent housing for those considered to be critically homeless. Such individuals include those with low or moderate income, individuals and families that live in poverty, those who have documented mental health iss
ues, lack job skills or training, or are elderly with long-term incapacity. Neighborhood Services provides resources to the Susquehanna Valley including Lancaster, Dauphin and York counties.
