As CPR and AED Awareness Week wraps up, we’re proud to share a few highlights about safety readiness here at Fairfield DD.

❤️ We have 8 AEDs available across our buildings.
❤️ Nearly 130 employees are CPR certified, that’s about 80% of our staff committed to being prepared.
❤️ And we’re grateful for our 8 CPR instructors who dedicate their time to teaching these lifesaving skills.

At Fairfield DD, we are fortunate to have a dedicated team of CPR instructors who ensure our staff is confident, prepared, and ready to respond in an emergency. Their commitment to teaching lifesaving skills strengthens our entire organization and helps keep the people we support and each other safe. ❣

Today we highlight Frankie, who has made AMAZING progress these last few years. 💫

Through her hard work, determination, and growth she’s taken steps each day towards greater independence! This fall, Frankie will be returning to her home district, an exciting next step that reflects just how far she has come.

We are happy to announce that it is time! Pool Passes and Back to School Applications will be open starting June 1st!

For pool passes, please bring your photo ID, proof of residency and proof of all children in the household to Fairfield County 2-1-1 office between 9am and 3pm. Pool passes are available WHILE SUPPLIES LAST so don't wait to come down!

For Back-to-School clothes, you can apply at the same time, or the applications will be available starting June 1st. This year applications will only be accepted via online submission or in office. We will NOT be accepting any email or Facebook submissions this year!
