PA Dutch Council VOA PA Dutch Council VOA helps council advisors and professionals to get the perspective of our youth.

It gives Venturers and Sea Scouts opportunities to develop leadership skills, and gives the council resources to build Venturing and Sea Scout programs.

Gather your spatulas for the scavenger hunt and your tin foil for hat-making...the Amazing Race will challenge you to skribbl and word-bomb your way to victory in an out-of-this-world competition.

For portions of the event we will be breaking out into teams. Organize a group of 5-7 friends into a team! If you have a group of less than 5 please be open to allowing individuals to join your group.
