We're a tight-knit, 21-officer agency serving a vibrant mix of residential neighborhoods, farmland, and growing commercial areas in Lancaster County.

Our officers don't just patrol — they investigate, they ride, they mentor youth, and they make a real difference in a community that genuinely supports its police department.

We're currently seeking a qualified officer to join our team. Eligible candidates must be U.S. citizens, at least 21 years of age, hold a High School Diploma or GED, and meet Act 120 certification requirements.

Like everywhere, we have seen an increase in motorized bikes, scooters, and dirt bikes.

Join the team responsible for maintaining Township roads, parks, buildings, equipment, and public spaces.

This position includes:
🛣 Road repairs
🌿 Grounds and leaf collection maintenance
🚜 Equipment operation based on skill level
❄ Snow removal
🔧 Mechanical repairs
🚩 Traffic flagging operations
