A few friendly reminders when we have extras outside:

Please remember that you MUST park across the street to leave the lane open for our clients.

Also, please only take what you can use so that others may enjoy the bounty.

Items will be out until 12:30 PM or until gone, which ever comes first.

οΏΌCinnamon roasted plums.

Ingredients**

* 6 ripe plums
* 2 tbsp brown sugar or honey
* Β½ tsp cinnamon
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 1 tbsp butter, melted
* Pinch of salt

**Method**

1. Heat the oven to **200Β°C / 400Β°F**.
2. Cut the plums in half and remove the stones. Place them cut-side up in a baking dish.
3. Mix the sugar or honey, cinnamon, vanilla, melted butter, and a tiny pinch of salt. Spoon over the plums.
4. Roast for **20–25 minutes**, until soft and juicy.
5. Serve warm, including the syrupy juices from the pan.

For something more substantial, plums are also excellent in a **plum crumble, plum cake, jam, chutney, or a savory pork/chicken dish**.
