We have corn, pears and oranges.
With corn on the cob, pears, and oranges, you can make a surprisingly delicious summer-style salad or salsa.
# # # Corn, Pear & Orange Salad
**Ingredients:**
* Corn cut from cooked cobs (grilled or boiled)
* Pears, diced
* Oranges, segmented and chopped
* A handful of chopped parsley, cilantro, or mint (optional)
* Olive oil
* Salt and pepper
* A squeeze of orange juice
**Directions:**
1. Cut the corn kernels off the cob.
2. Dice the pears and oranges.
3. Toss everything together with a drizzle of olive oil and a little orange juice.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Chill for 15–30 minutes before serving.
The sweet corn, juicy pears, and citrusy oranges pair really well together.
