Trinity Lutheran Church invites you to a special and sacred occasion as we witness the ordination ceremony and installation service for Pastor Candice Carter.

This ceremony marks a significant milestone in Candice’s journey as she answers the call to serve in a leadership capacity within our church community.

Bishop Dan Selbo from the North American Lutheran Church will officiate the ceremony.

Join us tonight for Maundy Thursday service at 7pm. We will partake in Holy Communion in an upper room format.

Today we remember Christ’s last meal with his disciples, but the main focus is his commandment that we love one another as Christ loves us.

“On the night when Jesus was betrayed he took a loaf of bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and said, ‘This is my body that is for you. Do this in remembrance of me.’ In the same way he took the cup also, after supper, saying, ‘This cup is the new covenant in my blood. Do this, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of me.’ For as often as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until he comes” (1 Corinthians 11:23-26).
