PLEASE DON'T FLUSH ANYTHING EXCEPT TOILET PAPER!
Even if it says it's flushable, please DON'T!
The pump failed due to feminine hygiene products, wipes, etc. that were flushed. This could contaminate wells and it IS ruining other resident's property.

residential invoices that were sent for the third quarter were billed at $150, due to a computer error, this should have been $145. If you have already sent your payment, your account will be credited on your next invoice. If you haven't already mailed your payment, the correct amount due is $145. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

The Landisburg Municipal Authority announces the meeting schedule for the 2021 year. Regular meeting will be held at the Landisburg Fire Hall on the 2nd Monday of each month at 6 PM. The reorganizational meeting will be held Jan. 11th at 5:30 before the regularly scheduled meeting.

The Landisburg Municipal Authority is seeking candidates for the Secretary/Treasurer Position . Qualifications include :

Basic Math Skills

Experience with QuickBooks helpful

Reliable Vehicle

Ability to attend Monthly meeting 2nd Monday at 6 PM

Good Interpersonal skills



Responsibilities :

Make daily runs to Landisburg Post Office and Bank of Landisburg to pick up payments

Daily deposit and email deposits to accountants

Upkeep of page

Send Quarterly and monthly bills

Collections on delinquent accounts

Prepare agenda and all related documents for board meeting

Keep and type minutes from monthly board meeting

Annually prepare and coordinate DCED audit with accountants

Coordinate with vendors and repair company to maintain plant operation

Answer calls and emails to the Authority in a timely manner

Prepares Financial reports monthly for board meeting

Submits payroll to accountants

Respond to PA 1 Call request

Prepare settlement statements for real estate closures

Make AP payments monthly

Answer the In case of emergency line calls

Other duties as assigned
