Founded in 1993, the Hempfield Foundation is an independent not-for-profit organization that supports the educational mission of the Hempfield School District through grants and scholarships. TEACHER GRANTS
The Foundation awards grants to Hempfield faculty and staff for initiatives that enhance the academic, athletic, and arts experiences of Hempfield students—we fund innovative programs and oppo
rtunities in all disciplines, including STEAM, the visual and performing arts, and athletics. We also award grants for emotional and learning support programs. These grants allow teachers to try creative, research-based ideas that may not otherwise be possible within budgetary limits. STUDENT SCHOLARSHIPS
Each year, the Hempfield Foundation awards multiple scholarships, totaling more than $25,000, to graduating seniors who demonstrate academic excellence and outstanding character. HOW YOU CAN HELP
