On Wednesday one of our fellow coworkers from Golden Cross Ambulance was critically injured. While caring for a critical patient involved in a motor vehicle accident, Howard Page, was exposed to fentanyl, went unconscious, experienced seizures, and had to be placed on a ventilator. This a danger that is unfortunately present too often these days. This could have happened to anyone of us. Our thoughts and prayers are with Howard and his family.

Yesterday morning members from Langdon Fire, Waploe Fire & EMS & PD, Alstead Fire & Ambulance & PD, Golden Cross Ambulance, North Wapole Fire, Lempster Fire, State Police, and Fenton & Hennessey Funeral Home, participated in a simulated drunk driving crash at Fall Mountain High School. These departments put on this presentation every other year for the Juniors and Seniors right before prom. It's done to show and stress the devastating affects drinking and distracting driving can have. If this presentation causes even one child to think twice, and make a safer decision, then our mission is accomplished. On behalf of all the area First Responders, we would like to wish the Fall Mountain attendance area a safe and fun prom tonight 💃🕺
