This little love decided to go on an adventure and was picked up at Oxford Crossing on Wi******er Ave. He has no chip, but had an “emotional support in training” vest on.

If you know his humans please call us at the station! 215-750-3845 - He may have found his way to one of our employees homes last night so he didn’t have to go to the shelter. So no rush- he’s living his best life, but we feel sure that someone is missing him lots!

🎉Neshaminy High School will proudly graduate the Class of 2026 on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 6:30 PM!

🎓Before the caps fly and the happy tears start flowing, let's talk parking. Parking for graduation begins at 3:30 PM, no earlier, but consider the traffic and travel time when making plans. Neshaminy staff will be working hard to park vehicles as quickly and efficiently as possible, using every available parking space we can find. As always, all school rules and policies remain in effect during graduation.

🚧For our neighbors and anyone traveling through the area: this is your annual reminder that thousands of proud parents, grandparents, siblings, cousins, aunts, uncles, and people who somehow knew the graduate in kindergarten will all be heading to the high school at roughly the same time. In other words, expect heavy traffic and delays both before and after the ceremony.

🚧The Middletown Township Police and event staff will be on hand directing traffic, so please pay attention to their instructions. We know traffic isn't anyone's favorite graduation gift, but this happens just one evening each year, and we're doing everything possible to keep things moving smoothly.

🎓Most importantly, congratulations to the Neshaminy High School Class of 2026! You've survived exams, projects, early mornings, late nights, homework and all those big decisions on your next steps. To the parents, caregivers, family members, and supporters who helped make this day possible for your student - this celebration belongs to you too!

🎓Enjoy the moment, take lots of pictures, cheer loudly (at the appropriate times), and make some great memories. Congratulations, graduates!

It has been another 43 school days since we last posted a BusPatrol update, so here is the update:
🚌 We are still sitting at about 7 citations per day
🚌 YES, all the violators in the video were cited
🚌 YES, the camera still sees you even if you pull onto the shoulder to try and avoid detection
🚌 Under section 3345.1(c)(3)(iii) a portion of EVERY ticket is "specifically allocated to support school bus safety initiatives." This ensures "that a portion of the penalty is reinvested directly into school bus safety rather than disappearing into a general fund."
🚌 Are these videos as maddening to you as they are us?
🚌 Excuses we got this month...."but the kids were loading on the other side so I didn't think I had to stop", "but I turned in front of it not drove by it so that doesn't count", "I didn't even see kids getting on the bus, so it isn't a real stop", "the bus was in the other lane so I didn't think I needed to stop"

On behalf of the entire Middletown Township Police Department we extend our most heartfelt condolences to the Central Berks Regional Police Department, and the family, and the friends of Officer Kristen Yeager.

Hearing of the tragic loss of Officer Yeager while she was answering the call to serve and protect is a heavy blow felt by the entire law enforcement community.

Officer Yeager’s courage, compassion, and unwavering dedication to her community represent the very best of what it means to wear the badge. Running toward danger and responding to those in need is a burden only a brave few choose to carry, and her commitment to that noble calling will never be forgotten.

The D.A.R.E. class at Holy Family Regional Catholic School has successfully completed all the coursework and our community service project for this year! Students learned about safe and responsible decision making, risks and consequences, how to deal with stress and who they have to lean on in their own person “Help Network” among many other topics.

⭐️The MTPD wants to highlight all their hard work related to their D.A.R.E. community service project! This year they ran a book drive for Cops 'n' Kids Delaware Valley. This wonderful organization takes in new and gently used books for redistribution to those in need. The kids ran a bake sale, created morning announcement ads, visited classrooms, read to their younger classmates and so much more to get the word out. Because of these efforts they made the largest single donation this organization has had since its inception. They collected, purchased and donated 5,702 books!

Thank you to all who contributed - we are so proud of all their efforts!
