Splash Pad season is officially here! ☀️

After Resident Council feedback on resurfacing, a full system repair and upgrades from Hunt Maintenance Director, and a slight delay waiting for one final part, the splash pad is finally OPEN!

Residents are invited to attend the grand opening & ice cream social this afternoon from 3:00-5:00 PM! Call the housing office at 757-920-7100 for any questions or further details!

The Q2 Privatized Housing Resident Council Meeting with the 633d Air Base Wing Installation Commander, Col. Stephen Anderson, was held on 12 May 2026.

The Splash Pad will have a Grand Opening celebration this Friday, 22 May from 3:00-5:00 PM.

If you have been following all the updates shared at our Town Hall & Resident Council Meetings, then you know the Splash Pad has come a long way in the off season to get ready for summer!

- New underground electrical system installed & improvements made to restore the outside ‘start up’ button.
- New paint + slip resistant epoxy coating added

The Annual Tenant Satisfaction Survey is sent out every year by the Air Force, requesting feedback from residents living in Privatized Housing to identify community improvements and/or any shortfalls in housing. Every survey submitted makes a difference in the future of housing projects!
