Let's recognize this outstanding performer from Tinker AFB!

A1C William Anderson has proven to be an extraordinary asset to his entire unit by consistently exceeding expectations. He led the development of a new C2 asset deployment tracking system, laying out requirements for 15 software developers, completing 6-weeks of R&D in just 4 days. He also filled an NCO role as Product Owner for 11 days, a rare feat for an A1C, directing 9 Airmen in digitizing E-3 mx forms, streamlining operations for 680 end-users and saving the wing $500K annually. A1C Anderson's community spirit and personality continually shine. As Booster Club Activities Liaison, he organized numerous events, such as Resiliency Day at the Oklahoma City Zoo and leading a 12-Airman airshow fundraising team through 181 hours, raising $2K. A1C Anderson is a true leader and team player whose impact goes beyond measurable achievements, continually elevating his team.

Let's recognize this outstanding performer from Tinker AFB!

SrA Jonathan Viveros served as an instructor for MXG's revised PT policy, ensuring Airmen were well-prepared for fitness tests, culminating in a 100% pass rate. Additionally, Jonathan led discussions on su***de prevention and mental health during the AMU Resiliency Day, fostering a supportive squadron environment. Moreover, he teamed up with the 552 AMXS First Sergeants as the point of contact for the 552 ACW Ring the Bell event in support of Operation Warm Heart, he led 27 Airmen in fundraising efforts to assist fellow Airmen in need. Additionally, he organized a bounce house event at the 552 ACW Festival & Sports Day, providing a safe and enjoyable experience for families and children. Along with his volunteering efforts his technical expertise shone through when he resolved a recurring power blackout issue by replacing a burnt wing harness. Going the extra mile, he created a shop guide and submitted an AFTO 22, resulting in an 8-hour reduction in change time. Moreover, coordinating with Wing Safety, he ensured the swift replacement of a starter control switch, successfully averting an in-flight emergency and facilitating the prompt handover of critical evidence for a mishap investigation.

Let's recognize this outstanding performer from Tinker AFB!

SSgt Erika R. Taylor spearheaded the Wg/CC Top Secret Training Plan, while leading 18 Amn she drove the ex*****on of 22 peer competition briefs and liaised with six Squadrons directing establishment of a pacing threat curriculum and forging strategic Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures for three Groups and 1.4K Amn. Additionally, Erika engineered ISR support for the 72d Air Base Wing, 71st Flying Training Wing, and the Defense Logistics Agency, she expertly guided the development of seven enemy updates, coordinated with 5 Sq's and revealed 30 peer threats culminating in training 1K Amn and aligning three MAJCOM/CCs' National Defense Strategy priorities. Furthermore, SSgt Taylor drove professional development for the 72 ABW and 552 ACW, she transformed six Junior Enlisted, NCO, Flight Leadership, and SEL courses, by leading eight strategic competition briefs, refining Tinker AFBs role in multiple Operational Plans. Lastly, SSgt Taylor as the Anti-Terrorism program lead, conducted 10 random unit inspections, identified 12 vulnerabilities & implemented 6 corrective actions enhancing base-wide readiness and safeguarding 34K personnel & $72M in assets.

Let's recognize this outstanding performer from Tinker AFB!

TSgt Jason “Gio” Giordano exemplified himself as a key leader within the Flight Engineer community. He instructs flight, simulator, and ground training for 28 students annually at the 966th AACS, which supports E-3G combat and contingency operations worldwide. He punches above his pay-grade as the resident Flight Chief responsible for overseeing the training productivity, discipline, and currency of 26 cadre members at his squadron. Currently, he is leading his squadron through its inaugural iteration of cadre-led Dragon Conversion Training as the Group Dragon Conversion Training manager. Behind the scenes, he has worked with AFMC Detachment 2 to validate the base’s first-ever full-motion Dragon simulator. His efforts led to the conversion of four Instructor Pilots and four Flight Engineers. By orchestrating the cadre-led Dragon Conversion Training program, he has increased pipeline capacity by 33%, fulfilling critical manning shortfalls across the wing.

Let's recognize this outstanding performer from Tinker AFB!

TSgt Alexander “Cattimus” Johnston fills a role traditionally filled by a Master Sergeant, joined the IG team, and immediately overhauled the Wing Inspection Team training processes. During this time, Alexander delivered 22 Wing Inspection Team training classes and certified 58 new inspectors. His efforts increased wing certifications by 24%, maximizing the wing’s capabilities to evaluate and certify readiness. Additionally, TSgt Johnston aced 4 college courses to steer a $240K TDY budget, saved $5K and 96 man-hours, organizing mobilization of a radar site from Hill AFB and achieving the first adversary ground training in 2 years. Finally, TSgt Johnston managed 10 Unit Self-Assessment Program managers and 76 Wing Inspection Team members across 4 Groups for Exercise AGILE THUNDER that evaluated the first E-3 armed flight in 16 years!
