This little guy was found by one of our officers on Welsh Road late last night. No collar, no chip.

If this is your dog, please call 215-368-7606 PLEASE SHARE this post.

PLEASE be responsible and make sure your pets have a collar on with tags. It is very traumatic for dogs to be lost.
