🚧 The Michigan Department of Transportation will begin improvements on M-78 (Capital Avenue/Main Street) from Sharkey Street to the Battle Creek River in the village of Bellevue on Monday, June 8, at 7 a.m., and continue through 7 p.m. on Friday, August 28. 🚧

Work will include removing and replacing the existing pavement and sidewalks, implementing Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) upgrades, and installing new school speed zone signs.

The Michigan Department of Transportation has issued a travel advisory for Ingham County, effective today at 9 a.m. and continuing through 5 p.m. on Saturday, June 13. The following lane and ramp restrictions will be in effect on US-127 between I-96 and Trowbridge Road for bridge maintenance, concrete surface coating, and pavement marking.

• Northbound and southbound US-127/I-496 will have intermittent single- and double-lane closures between I-96 and Trowbridge Road.
• The US-127 ramps to I-96, Dunckel Road, and Trowbridge Road will have intermittent closures.
