Our members had a great time at City of East Lansing Pride last weekend! We’ve been hitting all the Pride events across the district, spreading the word about our wonderful primary candidates to replace One Term Tom.

What a disgrace. Yet people like Congressman Tom Barrett support this fool and his agenda. Let’s be reminded that Tom Barrett is an election denier. He is also an anti-VAX or and hateful towards our transgender brothers and sisters, sons and daughters.

Once again, Tom Barrett gets caught funneling campaign cash to his own pockets. First, paying himself through his wife as a “consultant”, and now to be a world traveler, even though Barrett is not to be seen virtually anywhere. We are sick and tired of this kind of slimy inside dealing and these payments raise serious questions about whether Barrett was fudging the reimbursement rate, funding personal travel on his campaign’s dime, or using his campaign as a personal piggy bank.

Anyone see waste, fraud, and abuse here?

If U.S. Rep. Tom Barrett’s mileage reimbursements are accurate, the Michigan Republican drove enough campaign-related miles to circle the Earth once with about 7,000 miles left to spare.
