Every day people fall victims to scams. Seniors can be especially vulnerable. The Lapeer County Adult Abuse Response Team (LCAART) in collaboration with the Lapeer County Prosecuting Attorney's Office, has created this website to guide people in regards to fraud prevention, so that we can all remain vigilant and hopefully avoid being scammed.
