The purpose of the LPCSC social media presence is to share important information about the school corporation with the community and engage in open and respectful dialogue. The La Porte Community School Corporation reserves the right to determine the content of all LPCSC social media pages/a
ccounts, and may, at any time, remove content that violates the following guidelines:
- Be respectful. No comments that portray students or staff in a defamatory, abusive, or generally negative tone.
- No profane, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory material.
- These sites are not intended to replace regular communication channels for sharing personal issues and concerns. - Comments regarding a personal issue with the district, a school, or staff member will be removed. Please contact
your building if you have issues of this nature.
- We understand that you may have questions for a specific employee. Individuals
should not expect responses to questions or comments posted on this page.
- We will remove any and all unsolicited advertisements for services, products, or political lobbying. Our site is
exclusively for sharing news and insights about our district.
- No material that is likely to disrupt the learning environment will be allowed. Please be certain that your c
comments are appropriate for an educational environment and people of all ages.
- All comments and communication must come from a verifiable account. Comments made by individuals who are
misrepresenting themselves or from unverifiable accounts will be removed.
- Respect copyright and fair use laws.
- We want you to feel comfortable sharing your views. However, abuse of the above guidelines can lead to the
removal of specific posts or being banned from our pages.
