POM’S DISABILITY CENTERED EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS WORKSHOP!!! ⏳

Just in time for National Preparedness Month, join POM for a fun and educational evening of panel experts, vendors, door prizes, refreshments, and more! 🎉

September 11th, 2026 4:30-8pm
Registration will begin at 4:30pm, and speakers start at 5:30pm.

Plus, sign up at the event to create personalized emergency plans based on the needs of your loved ones of ALL abilities! ♿

What can you expect when you sign up for free personalized plans?
-POM will reach out to you to schedule a 1-1 meeting to fill out a preparedness questionnaire
-Information from the questionnaire will be used to fill in a notebook of emergency plans
-Once your notebook is complete, you will receive a physical copy of your family’s emergency preparedness plans PLUS extra copies to keep at locations such as home, work, and school!

Remember to mark your calendars for POM’s first ever BOOzy Hot Cocoa Contest on Friday October 30th, 2026! ☕

Join us at the Laramie Plains Civic Center’s Phoenix Ballroom 5-9pm that evening; compete with your homemade recipe (4% ABV or less), dress your best to win the costume contest, sample up to 30 BOOzy hot cocoas, vote for your favorites, and learn more about Peace of Mind! 👻🎃✨

Tickets are $20 per guest, and only $5 for designated drivers! Added perks for DDs include a sober bar with non-alcoholic drinks and refreshments, free POM swag, and more! (21+ ONLY - PHOTO ID REQUIRED!)
