Women Lead Wyoming Women Lead Wyoming is leading the fight to make the Equality State live up to its name by closing the second-worst gender wage gap in the nation.

For too long, issues that disproportionately impact the women of Wyoming have gone unnoticed. These issues include but are not limited to: the gender wage gap, lenient domestic violence and sexual assault laws, a lack of female representation in state politics, and a lack of early childhood care and education. For this reason, we’ve decided to start Women Lead Wyoming, a group by women for women,

with the goal of bringing attention to these issues at the state level, and fighting on behalf of the women of the Equality State. We hope you’ll join us as we work for a Wyoming in which women’s issues are acknowledged, understood, and solved. You can join us by signing up on our website below.
