The Adaptive/ Inclusive Recreation Division invites you to:
🌊Making Waves☀
This is a new addition to our adaptive programming- happening the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month! This class is for persons ages 60+ and/or persons ages 18+ with disabilities.

WHEN: September 2nd and 16th ⏰10am-11am
WHERE: Haynes Recreation Center Pool (2102 Clark's Crossing)

*Important Information: This class is free, however all entering the pool must be a Rec Member. Patrons will first scan their membership cards inside the Haynes lobby, sign in and receive a POOL PASS. We will begin giving out Pool Passes at 9:40am. There is a 30 person capacity for this class.

From Zumba and Dance Therapy to Walking the Mall, our seniors are staying active, moving their bodies, strengthening their minds, and enjoying every moment together! 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️💃🎶

It’s more than exercise...it’s about friendship, social connection, laughter, wellness, and creating memories together! ❤️😊 Our seniors continue to show us that staying active and connected helps us live life to the fullest!
