We are thrilled to announce that Ryan Elementary has received official recognition from Learning.com for finishing in 9th place in the entire state of Texas for the Texas Keyboard Challenge! 🏆⌨️

Summer school flyers have made their way home, and we're thrilled to let you know that our Bobcat students will be learning at Gallego Elementary School this year. 🏫 The best part? Transportation will be available to help make things convenient for your family. 🚌 Be sure to bring your pink admittance slip on the first day. 🎟️

Our incredible 5th graders traded the classroom for the ocean deep on their end-of-year field trip to SeaWorld San Antonio! From thrilling roller coasters to jaw-dropping marine life exhibits, it was a day packed with smiles, laughter, and unforgettable memories.
​This trip was the perfect way to celebrate all of their hard work, dedication, and growth throughout the school year. Seeing them explore, bond, and share these special moments together as a class was truly the best reward! 💙🎒

It was a beautiful evening filled with laughter, dancing, and unforgettable memories as we celebrated their time here and looked ahead to the exciting journey of middle school. 🎓💙

​THANK YOU to our 5th-grade teachers for poing their hearts into hosting such a stunning event for our students.

Checkmate! LISD’s named its top chess players after a fierce competition this past Saturday at the LISD PAC in the Dr. Marcus Nelson Conference Center. The LISD Fine Arts Department hosted an All-Star Chess Tournament for the district’s All-Star chess players. The top 10 winners were recognized with either a trophy or medal for their accomplishments.
