Looking for a veterans service organization where you can file your claim for service connected illnesses or injuries with the Veterans Administration (VA), then the Disabled American Veterans (DAV) is here to help you FREE of charge. Our certified Chapter Service Officers (CSOs) are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at the Airmen Memorial Building, Air Force Sergeants Association, 5211 Auth Road, Suitland, Maryland. The Maryland Friends of the Oxon Hill Branch Library cordially invites you to join us this Saturday, February 8th at the Oxon Hill Branch Library for our Special Book Sale to kick off Black History Month.

We will have lots of materials available for you to look through and select to go in your own collections. Books and materials for all ages will be available. The items that we have on sale are reasonably priced. So, mark your calendar and come on over to the Oxon Hill Branch Library, 6200 Oxon Hill Road, Oxon Hill, Maryland 20745 (directly across the street from Rivertowne Commons Mall).
