Congratulations to Lt. Smith! She completed the (10) week Staff and Command program for Northwestern University in Largo, Md. on May 17. She was a student of class 575. SPSC provides upper-level college instruction around twenty-seven core blocks.

Lt. Smith was the recipient of the Kreml Leadership Award.
