Hey EMS friends!

The North Dakota EMS Association is rolling out the welcome mat for the 2026 Northeast Regional EMS Conference in Grand Forks, ND on February 21-22.

Whether you need the remainder of your recertification hours or are just looking to start collecting new ones, we’ve got you covered. It’s a great excuse to get out of town, brush up on your skills, and swap stories with fellow EMS pros.

Weather in February? Who knows! Could be a snowstorm, could be a sunny 32°F… either way, bring your sense of humor (and maybe a snowsuit and mittens).

Mark your calendars, bundle up, and get ready for learning, laughs, and a little North Dakota adventure along the way.

Interstate is now open from Grand Forks to South Dakota.

Don't do it. We know you want to. But it's really bad out there. Even in town.

If the 💦ice💦 don't get you, the ❄️snow❄️ will. If the ❄️snow❄️ don't get you, the 💨wind💨 will. And if the 💨wind💨 don't get you, the 🥶temp🥶 will. And if none of them get you, the 😵‍💫visibility🫣 will.

Let mama nature get her tantrum out of the way before you venture out.

Before we get all the, "yeah I gotta get to work, I'm essential" comments, we get it, so are we. Phone a friend, gas up, pack a blanket, drive slow. You're not going to be late, you're making sure you arrive alive. There's currently a waiting list of calls for assistance with people stuck, and ⚡️ shocker ⚡️, we can't see either 🤷🏻‍♂️.

Just be careful, please.
