A special recognition to Ms. Mills, Mrs. Griffith, and Ms. Bristow for their DECADES of service! Your dedication and impact will be felt for generations to come. And thank you to Mr. Miller for his leadership and contributions during his time with our district.

On May 14th, we celebrated a big milestone for our students, our 8th Grade Promotion Ceremony! 💜

This special event honored the hard work, growth, and accomplishments of our 8th graders as they prepare to take their next big step into high school. A heartfelt thank you to the students who made the ceremony even more meaningful with their presentations:

On May 13th, LaPoynor ISD celebrated a milestone we will always remember, our first ever 5th Grade Promotion Ceremony! 💜

This special event honored our students as they completed their elementary journey and prepared to take their next step into junior high school. This celebration would not have been possible without the hard work of our amazing staff. A big thank you to:

⭐ 5th grade teachers Mrs. Hopkins and Mrs. Hurte
⭐ Elementary counselor Mrs. Womble for creating the event slideshow

We are also so grateful to the families, friends, and community members who attended and made this event meaningful. Your support and presence helped make this first ever promotion ceremony so special for our students!

What a fun way to celebrate the end of an amazing school year! 💜 On May 12th, our Pre-K, 1st grade, and 2nd grade students took the stage for an unforgettable performance, and they did not disappoint! Dressed as grandmas and grandpas, our students brought smiles, laughter, and lots of personality as they sang their hearts out to some beloved oldies 👵👴🎤

We were also honored to have 4th grader Laycee Elmore give the invocation and 5th grader Kory Boyette deliver the benediction at our program!

Thank you to our students for their performances, our teachers and staff for making it all come together, and our families and community members who came out to support and celebrate with us! ⭐

Our hearts are so full after celebrating our kindergarteners on May 12th at Kindergarten Graduation! 💜🎓

Our students took the stage to recite their nursery rhymes, a tradition that continues to bring smiles and laughter to everyone there. We are so proud of how much our kindergarteners have grown this year! 🌟 And a big thank you to our Kindergarten teachers, Mrs. Seaton and Mrs. Welch!

🎉 Congratulations to our Kindergarten class! You are ready for 1st grade, and we can’t wait to see all the amazing things you will accomplish next!
