J.A.Villegas The JARC offers services to youth under the age of 18. The JARC provides an immediate, informed and concentrated response to youth in need.

The JARC aims to identify and responsively intervene in patterns of negative behavior of at-risk youth and system-involved youth. The service provides recommendations and referrals to and accurate information on available community resources and support services. Each youth completes an intake and is encouraged to complete the Juvenile Inventory for Functioning (JIFF). Case managers follow up with

youth referred for services to ensure active enrollment in services or to assist with overcoming barriers that prevent active enrollment in such services.
