The Doña Ana County Clerk's Office keeps records such as resolutions, ordinances, deeds and marriage licenses. The office also issues several types of permits and licenses, such as permits for parties, licenses for liquor establishments, etc. In addition, the office supervises county, state and federal elections in Doña Ana County. This consists of preparing ballots and voting machines and trainin
g poll workers. The clerk's office also supports the Office of the Probate Judge in handling informal proceedings. The purpose of this social media site is to present matters of public interest in the Doña Ana County Clerk's Office, as well as other information that is of public interest to residents, businesses and visitors.
