We are currently creating a workshop activities and presenter list to create a schedule of activities for the group. If you are a educator, professional, vendor or anyone who is interested in sharing or teaching and providing activities workshops resources or education to our seniors please message us and we will consider any and all volunteers that desire to work with our seniors and provide them opportunities for fun and helpful experiences, friendships, and connections.

Tech Savvy Senior courses - computer and smartphone basics
Skin Care for Seniors with Mary Kay bingo w prizes
Laughing Chair Yoga
Essential oil education
Cholesterol and diabetes classes
Healthy Eating
Mall Walking Schedules
Gaming activities such as Bingo and board games and card games
