Erik Scott Shooting Points of Interest This is concerning the death of Erik Scott because of a Costco employee and Las Vegas Police who responded to the call shooting Erik seven times.

Six of those were in his back. On July 10th 2010 there was an event that unfolded leading to the death of a brand new member of Costco while he shop there. Costco's loss prevention agent (Shai Lierley) made a call to Las Vegas Police on the account of an erratic gun carrying customer who was throwing/destroying merchandise and would not leave. rson and corporation (Costco) should take accountability for their actions. The Las Vegas Police are responsible as well because they did not investigate and took the lying employees words at face value then executing the victim before he had any chance to clear his name.
