We are facing a critical moment in Clark County, Nevada. A rogue deep state movement within the Pretrial Department of our judicial system is jeopardizing the safety of our community. These activists are endangering our citizens by pushing for the release of defendants without bail, leaving them unaccountable after committing offenses. This recklessness is costing Nevadans thousands of dollars in warrants and providing no restitution to the victims of these crimes.
