Our volunteer dispatchers don’t just keep TIP running — they bring heart, soul and sometimes some humor to their shifts and fellow volunteers. This photo booth moment says it all. Last night, a standing ovation filled the room as we honored a true hero during our monthly volunteer meeting.

Lannie, an incredible TIP volunteer, reached a milestone no one else in our history ever has. He has responded to 1,000 scenes of tragedy.

One thousand times, Lannie chose to step directly into someone’s darkest, most heartbreaking moment. One thousand times, he has offered a calm and steady presence, providing emotional first aid and rendering compassionate care.

Lannie is woven into the fabric of our history. He is an ingrained part of our story, our mission, and our hearts.

Thank you, Lannie, for your endless empathy and for serving your community in such an impactful way. You are a gift to us all. 💙✨

Last night, our volunteers stopped by several Clark County Fire Department stations to thank the crews for all they do — and to remind them that TIP is here whenever crisis strikes. They also had a little assignment: snap a photo featuring our Community Resource Guide. The creativity from both volunteers and crews did not disappoint. Take a look at a few favorites!
