Grateful for the brave men and women of NLVPD who serve our community every day. I had the opportunity to see our city through their eyes during a Saturday swing shift, and I learned so much about the work they do to keep North Las Vegas safe. Thank you for letting me tag along and for all you do for our city! 💙

Honored to attend the Nevada Legislature Caucus 15th Annual Gala with the NLV Fire Union. It was a great evening celebrating 15 years of advocacy, collaboration, and finding solutions for our communities.

I was proud to see fire representatives from North Las Vegas, Las Vegas, Clark County, and Henderson come together. Grateful to be part of these important conversations and to continue working together.

Spent the week in D.C. at the Vegas Chamber Fly-In alongside more than 336 fellow Nevadans, participating in policy discussions and advocating for North Las Vegas.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to meet with members of our federal delegation and discuss issues important to our community, including land, education, natural resources, and more.

It was an informative and productive week focused on bringing the needs and priorities of North Las Vegas to the national conversation.

Today, we honored the 25th anniversary of September 11th by delivering chocolate-dipped strawberries and handwritten thank-you cards to some of our North Las Vegas first responders. 🇺🇸

It was a small way to show our gratitude to the men and women who serve and protect our community every day. We may have forgotten to take pictures of the treats, but we definitely didn’t forget the reason we brought them. ❤️💙

We will always remember. 🇺🇸

The Vegas Chamber’s Meet the Mayors event was a great opportunity to hear how the three major municipalities in our valley are growing and where we’re headed. Thank you to Mayor Pamela Goynes-Brown for representing North Las Vegas so well and sharing our city’s hard work and vision for the future!

Great night getting out and meeting neighbors at the inaugural Taste of Skyview! 🌴🍴

Thank you to NLV Parks & Recreation for a fun—and tasty—way to explore North Las Vegas. We enjoyed some delicious Filipino-Mexican fusion and Hawaiian shaved ice. It was also fun seeing some of our four-legged residents enjoying the evening! 🐾

Looking forward to more events like this that bring our community together!

Today, we held a joint North Las Vegas City Council and Planning Commission meeting to discuss the vision and direction for our 2055 Master Plan.

As we plan for the next 30 years, we need to hear from our residents. What do you want to see as we work together to create a more Complete City?

Math success for every Nevada student starts with bold ideas and meaningful action. At the Opportunity 180 North Star Summit, hosted at the beautiful Discovery Children’s Museum, I learned about innovative policy and practice strategies that can help more students thrive in the classroom. 📚
