CTS Associates go through an extensive training process where they learn basic curriculum development, instructor training, Instructional Systems Desiign and much more. There are numerous financial opportunities for CTS Associates.

If you are here, it is because you believe what I believe: that knowledge is not meant to sit on a shelf. That growth is meant to be shared. That the light we have been given is meant to shine outward, not inward.

This community is for educators who want to build with excellence. For fathers who want to show up with purpose. For faith-filled men and women who want to grow in wisdom and give generously. For lifelong learners who know the journey never really ends.

I know transitions can raise questions. So let me be clear and honest with you about what this name change actually means.

What stays exactly as it is:

All courses remain available, including Fatherhood Essentials, Foundational Principles for Instructional Design, The Application of Mental Processes, Fighting on Behalf of Others, and every specialized course offered through this platform.

All books remain available, including "We Live in a Fallen World! How to be a Light in the Midst of the Darkness," "99 Sense to Freedom," "Mental Martial Arts," and "Words of Wisdom and Encouragement."

All certifications and professional development programs continue without interruption.

The Blessing Closet ministry continues to operate and grow exactly as it has been.

Personal development resources, community support, and everything that makes this community what it is — all of it continues.

What changes:

We will no longer be taking on custom curriculum development projects for individual clients. That chapter of the work is complete. The foundation is now focused on the resources, courses, and ministry that serve the broadest community.

If you have been part of this community, nothing you have relied on is going away. The mission simply has a name that finally fits.

Why "Sharing the Light"?

I want to tell you the story behind the name. Because it did not come from a marketing meeting. It came from a very real place.

After 20 years in the military, two master's degrees, and years as a Federal Government Instructional Systems Specialist, I knew how to build curriculum. What I did not fully understand yet was why I was so driven to do it. Teaching was never just a job for me. It was a calling. Every course I developed, every resource I created, every student I sat with — there was something underneath it all that went deeper than professional development.

It was Matthew 5:16. "Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven."

That verse kept coming back to me. Not as a nice sentiment, but as a charge. A directive. God does not give us gifts, experience, and insight so we can keep it to ourselves. He gives it to us so we can give it away. So we can illuminate the path for someone who is still in the dark.

When I began to see that this work was bigger than curriculum design, that it was about fatherhood and faith and personal growth and giving anonymously through The Blessing Closet, the name Curriculum & Training System no longer captured it.

Sharing the Light Foundation does.

This is the story behind the name. I hope it means something to you too.

The moment is here. And I could not be more grateful to share it with you.

Curriculum & Training System is becoming Sharing the Light Foundation.

I know that might surprise some of you. But if you have followed this work for any length of time, I think it will also make perfect sense.

CTS was always about more than curriculum. It was about equipping people with knowledge that transforms, not just information that informs. Over the years, that calling has grown. It has stretched beyond professional development into personal growth, fatherhood, faith, and community. The name Curriculum & Training System was accurate for where we started. But Sharing the Light Foundation reflects where God has taken us.

Matthew 5:16 says, "Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven." That is the mission. That has always been the mission.

Something is coming.

I have been sitting with this for a while now. Praying over it. Thinking about the people this work is really for. And I believe it is time.

Not everything changes. But something important is about to.

Over the next few days, I will be sharing something with you that has been on my heart for longer than I realized. A shift that reflects where God has been leading this work and this community.
