At Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada Finding My Future Summer Camp, students will take on exciting challenges, build friendships, explore future careers, work as teams, and compete in fun hands-on activities—all while building confidence and leadership skills along the way.

It’s a summer filled with creativity, collaboration, and real-world experiences students will actually enjoy.

Nevada’s Summer Food Service Program is providing free meals to children and teens ages 18 and younger throughout the summer months while school is out of session.

Meal sites are available statewide and may include schools, parks, community centers, churches, camps, housing complexes, and other community locations. No registration or income verification is required for children to receive meals.

The Summer Food Service Program is federally funded through the USDA and administered by the Nevada Department of Agriculture, Food and Nutrition Division.

If you want to help children and teens in foster care thrive with positive outcomes, perhaps consider becoming a Court Appointed Special Advocate and volunteer with CASALasVegas.

CASA volunteers form meaningful relationships with children, play an integral role in the child's support team, and represent the child's best interest in court.

Join Wi******er Dondero Cultural Center to celebrate Juneteenth 2026 with poetry, music, and community. This event will be hosted by none other than our Clark County Poet Laureate Ashley "Ms. AyeVee" Vargas and feature the poetic stylings of local poets AA Monet, Mercedes Kerr, and Q. We will also be treated to a musical performance by R&B artist Scorpio!
