Let me say that customer service is just bad Uncaring and not professional. So bad I get other properties bills. What the hell Someone else’s address attached to my home address. Really and they get bent out of shape when you tell them
Sooooo Its funny how #NVEnergy is chargeing me almost the same amount with out living at my house and just having. The pool pump running. 🤔🤔 I dont have the fixed pay plan. I asked the lady and she said the pool pump takes all that power. Too keep it clear i only have the refrigerador running all lights off and A/C off and it only saved only 20%. I submitted work request and they said no it looks right. Doesn't feel right...🤔🤔🤔
