A big thank you to the young volunteers from the Civil Air Patrol New York Wing to help us build 52 beds for needy children right here in the Capital Region.

Let me tell you that these folks WORKED! They did their assigned job then when it was done they went looking for more work.

The two simple words THANK YOU do not feel strong enough to express our gratitude to everyone that participated in our golf outing this year.

What a banner year for participation levels and what a benefit to Sleep in Heavenly Peace - NY, Mechanicville . Our sponsor friends really came through this year and we collectively thank each and everyone of them for their participation. Our golfers on the course is what the fun was all about and we thank each of you for spending the day with us.

Our club has booked a build date with Sleep in Heavenly Peace - NY, Mechanicville for Saturday, October 17 to be held at Grassland Equipment & Irrigation in Latham. On that day we will be setting up the production line and making beds for children right here in the Capital Region. We are going to invite you to spend the day with us doing some hands-on work to help these children.

We're thrilled that everyone had a good time and played some good golf!

Make your mark in the world. Then play golf and make beds!

Thank you to Hartmann Financial Group, LLC for being a sponsor at our upcoming 2026 Golf Outing. (http://hartmannfinancialgroup.net/)

This year proceeds from the fundraiser outing will go towards building beds for children that do not have their own bed. All beds built are distributed right here in the Capital Region. Yes, we actually build the beds ourselves! In conjunction with Sleep in Heavenly Peace - NY, Mechanicville , our next build date is October 17.

Our Duffers, Hackers & Pros golf outing is scheduled for Friday June 12th at Mill Road Acres Golf Course in Latham.
