We had a great opportunity to honor Col Katz today, 47 FTW Deputy Wing Commander, at today's retirement ceremony.

Col Katz has been an incredible support and voice for our Wing Staff Agencies and Comptrollers through his tenure - Helping propel our mission to where it is today.

We wish you and your family the best and we truly appreciate the legacies you've left behind!

It's an honor to highlight a few updates for 47 CPTS covering the last few weeks:
1 - Ms. Theresa Heineman has retired after an incredible 30+ years of service. You've been a great member of our team and performed excellent work as Accounting Liaison Officer! We wish you and your family the best for your retirement!
2 - TSgt Nancy Osborne is partaking on her journey within her next assignment. We truly appreciate your contributions to our QA mission and the people of 47 CPTS! Thank you, and we wish you the best of luck on your new assignment!
3 - SrA Joshua Horton is also embarking on his next chapter. Thank you for being an outstanding member for the FMF team. You'll be missed. We wish you the best of luck at your new assignment!
4 - A few of our CPTS members took part in Operation Titan Haymaker. Providing the opportunity for our Comptrollers to test capabilities in a mock deployment environment. This is excellent training to encompass our roles within the new AFFORGEN structure, working with our partners to accomplish the mission!
5 - The yearly FM PDI took place in Arizona this year. We had the opportunity to send a few of our Comptrollers for excellent professional development opportunities. We were back-briefed at roll call, the info sharing opportunity helped set the mindset for all others to ensure we can best align with rapid changes happening in the FM career field.

Thursday we held the 1st Qtr Awards Ceremony for Wing Staff Agencies & CPTS, providing us the great opportunity to highlight some of the great achievements from the team.

Huge congrats to our award winners and those who helped get them there (coworkers, supervisors, family, and friends) We were able to pull most of the pictures, apologies for anyone who was missed!

47th CPTS was proud to honor MSgt and Mrs. Corlew as we celebrated with them through their going away luncheon and retirement ceremony! Both have done extremely well to serve the 47 CPTS mission and people. It's tough to see you go, but we wish you the absolute best on your journeys ahead, thanks for all you do and who you are! You'll always be a key part of team $erpents!

47 CPTS had the opportunity to host 19 AF/CCC, CMSgt Apticar, during a financial briefing providing disbursing scenarios that highlighted responsibilities our Airmen serve during contingency operations. Great job to our Financial Management Flight and 47 CPTS team-mates to make this happen. A1C Ivey did a great job providing the briefing, highlighting what we do, and who we are! A1C Ivey is one of our newest Customer Service Technicians who does great to serve the 47th CPTS mission. Following his presentation, he was coined by CMSgt Apticar for his instruction! Great job!
